Collin College closed out its men's and women's 2018-19 basketball seasons with several players earning All-Region and All-Conference honors. The teams compete in the North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference (NTJCAC) in Region V of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
The Lady Cougars basketball team finished with a 13-3 conference record and advanced to the NJCAA Region V Tournament. The team had a 23-7 overall record and was second in the conference.
The Collin men's basketball team also finished second in the conference, with a 10-4 record and went 26-6 overall, winning its way into the semi-final round of the NJCAA Region V Tournament.
The following players earned conference or regional honors:

Lamont Simmons – All-Region Team; First Team All-Conference
Mason Hix – Second Team All-Conference
Nighel Ceaser – Second Team All-Conference
Ryan Flores – Honorable Mention All-Conference
