Lady Cougar basketball players Jasmine Jackson, Lauren Stallworth and Briana Marshall celebrated full scholarships with signing ceremonies May 9.
Jackson, a sophomore forward/center, will attend St. Edward's University in Austin. Originally from San Antonio, Jackson scored 8.4 points per game with a 52.8 percent shooting average in 2018-19. The St. Edward's University Hilltoppers play in the Heartland Conference.
Marshall, a sophomore guard from Plano, will attend Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Marshall averaged 11.8 points per game, along with 3.8 rebounds and 2 assists for Collin College. The OBU Bisons compete in the Great American Conference.
Stallworth, a freshman forward originally from Wylie, will attend The University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Stallworth played 24 games this season and contributed significantly in later games, including a 10-point performance on the road versus Temple College and 8 points against Hill College. UTPB is a member of the Lone Star Conference.
