Cougars Fall to No. 21 McLennan

The Collin College Men's Basketball team (15-5, 3-2) fell to McLennan Community College 75-55 on Feb. 2, 2026 at Collin.

KEY PLAYERS
Kevin Paul led the team with 15 points on 3-of-5 shooting and 9-of-11 from the free-throw line. He added three rebounds, one steal and one block.
David Chong matched 15 points, shooting 5-of-13 from the field and 3-of-7 from three-point range. He contributed five steals and three assists.
Jayden Ramnanan added eight points on an efficient 3-of-4 shooting performance, including 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. He also recorded four rebounds and three assists.
David Emelife chipped in four points and two rebounds.
Tyreese Perry-Huggins contributed three points, two rebounds and one assist.
Cortlin Siska added three points, four rebounds, two assists and one block off the bench.
Chris Jones Jr. and Travis Fralin each scored two points and grabbed two rebounds.
Fabian Pommells added two points and one steal.
Brandt Evanson contributed one point and two rebounds.

GAME NOTES
David Chong set a career-high in steals (5). He's had a steal in 18 of his 19 games played, and has an 11-game streak of at least two steals per game.
