Ella Macleod, a 5'9" sophomore guard from Eynesbury, Australia, was selected as the NTJCAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of February 22. She had the second-highest scoring game of her career (23 points) in Collin's win over Southwestern Christian College on Feb. 28. In two games during the week, she went 12-for-24 from the field and 14-of-16 from the free throw line, averaging 19.5 points per contest. She also recorded 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, and a blocked shot.
